Welcome to the Healthy Lifestyle and Healthy Emotions section of this website. You may be here because you are interested in ideas for wellness and you want to make the best of life as it is. I understand the concept of living one’s best life ‘in spite of’, because this is what I resolved to do.

I created this section of the website to share the most effective therapeutic  approaches and concepts that I use in my work, along with the secrets I discovered and insights that led to me knowing and loving my body, being content and emotionally balanced, and living my best life possible, despite the physical challenges of having dystonia and an underactive thyroid.

Until recently, I waded my way through misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis, diets and ways of eating, supplements, detoxes, lifestyle changes, etc., to find answers. As a therapist, I have worked with people with trauma and other issues that manifest as the ‘labels’ of depression and anxiety, and I understand how these impact a person’s life. So, both professionally and personally, I have accumulated a wealth of resources that I am excited to share with you.

I hope the information and insights offered here will complement any medical care you receive and that you, too, will have the best life possible, despite any challenges. Here’s to vibrancy and wholeness!
