TRAINING & COURSES
Training & Professional Development
I offer specialised training programmes designed to support both professionals and individuals seeking deeper knowledge in the areas of prescribed-drug withdrawal, compassionate care, and the MASA (Mindfulness, Acceptance, Self-Kindness & Action) healing model. These programmes combine evidence-informed guidance, lived experience expertise, and more than two decades of clinical and coaching practice.
Below you will find links to two core training pathways.
1. Professional Care Training Hub
For Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Coaches, Physicians, and Allied Health Professionals
This private training hub provides structured, ethically informed guidance for professionals working with clients affected by prescribed-drug withdrawal and post-acute withdrawal syndrome (PAWS). Through video modules, handouts, meditations, and reflective exercises, the programme builds competence, compassion, and resilience when supporting complex cases.

For individuals seeking structured guidance and support
The MASA Course is my signature four-week programme based on the Mindfulness–Acceptance–Self-Kindness & Right Action model. It includes weekly live sessions on Zoom, coping strategies, neuroplasticity exercises, and uplifting community support. Participants also receive access to a private MASA group and ongoing gentle guidance as they apply these principles to everyday life.
