Hello,

It is a pleasure to offer you this website as part of your coping journey to recovery. Bloom in Wellness provides a unique experience and with effective use, it can help you to navigate your way through this challenging time, with hope and perseverance, and with confidence in your healing. This user guide gives suggestions and will hopefully make the site easier to navigate. You can browse the site during the day and visit the sections linked below. Here are some ideas for you…

Daily Routine

One of the best ways to use the website, is to incorporate aspects of it into the structure of your day. For example, you can start each day by doing one of the Meditations  and by choosing a gentle reminder, and  Daily Dose message. You can commit to repeating the Daily Dose message intermittently throughout the day, as a neuroplasticity exercise.

About Your Withdrawal

If you are looking for content about withdrawal, the Withdrawal Help section is where you will find a wealth of information.

You can learn more about symptoms and coping in our  Symptoms Room,  where you can listen to audio recordings describing symptoms and how best to cope with them, read our A to Z of Symptoms, important Tendencies to Change, clips of Q and A’s, the most Frequently Asked Questions and more.

Coping and Self-Care

You will find a substantial offering of ideas for coping and techniques to try as part of your daily nurturing practice in our  Coping Tools section.
