‘Dear Braveheart’

Your Journal Corner and Sanctuary

This is your quiet space to visit, with a cup of tea or warm water in hand, and reflect and write. Journalling is very therapeutic and it is an excellent neuroplasticity exercise. Doing this can add structure to your day while your healing continues to unfold in its own time.

Journaling doesn’t have to be neat, insightful, or consistent to be helpful. This space is simply an invitation – to pause, to notice, and to let something move from inside you onto the page. You might write a few words, a sentence, a list, or nothing at all. You might repeat the same thought for days. There is no right way to journal here.

If it feels supportive, please choose one of the sections below and let it guide you. If not, simply write what is present for you today.

You don’t need to visit every section. One is enough.
