THE MASA PROGRAM was developed by Baylissa Frederick MA, therapist, author, mindfulness teacher, and coach. MASA is the result of 18 years of anecdotal evidence, observations, and feedback attesting to what works best. These essentials can make a significant positive difference and be beneficial in helping you to get through the most challenging times.

MASA combines conceptual learing with being proactive by taking right action, providing a powerful tool for emotional and physical resilience while healing. The program includes a comprehensive offering of techniques, insights, practices, and more… designed to be used in daily life. It is specifically adapted to this healing process and all it entails, which makes it unique and empowering.

YOU WILL:

  • Regroup, recentre, rebalance, and refocus.
  • Find out what helps and what hinders during this process.
  • Use the approaches of allowing and acceptance as coping tools.
  • Discover a range of soothing mindfulness practices.
  • Incorporate the practices of self-kindness and compassion into your daily life.
  • Experiment with brain exercises and the concept of neuroplasticity.
  • Explore defusing and how to detach from worried, catastrophic thinking.
  • Learn how to cope with your most challenging symptoms.
  • Be aware of what to do when you have no motivation to be proactive.
  • Take right action so you can live your best life, even while you heal.

The MASA course was an excellent and gentle introduction to becoming more mindful of how we react to our own experiences. It helped me to build a much more loving relationship with myself whilst healing from a prescribed drug injury. Baylissa is a wonderful teacher and made us all feel safe, comfortable and at ease throughout the course. I cannot recommend this course enough for anyone wanting to develop a more healthy and beneficial way of coping with a challenging life situation.

The MASA program has been more than helpful in giving me a better understanding of how to support myself during the healing process. The concepts and tools shared are very simple and easy to use, yet they are beyond powerful….and can be applied to all areas of life. I am so grateful for the new approaches this course has given me and for Baylissa. Her delivery and gentle kindness is an added bonus.

Thank you Baylissa. Learning how to defuse and use the healing and observing selves has been a game changer for me. Huge difference in how I am coping. I learned a lot but this and the second arrow have impacted me more than I thought possible. This is information everyone dealing with this nightmare should have.

I have really enjoyed the course. It has been helpful in many ways and I am glad I did it. I find I am coping better and I am not as hard on myself as I used to be. Thanks for doing this for us. You seem to know just what we need. I will miss the course though. It helped with the isolation.
