Our wonderful ‘Bloom in Wellness’ group is a private and safe lifeline for people healing from prescribed drug induced withdrawal and neurological dysfunction.

It provides everything needed to cope well and remain hopeful and reassured while the recovery process unfolds.

Over the decades, I have witnessed the resilience, innate intelligence, and self-healing capabilities of the whole human system, from cell to psyche.

I have seen remarkable transformations that resulted from integrating mindfulness, acceptance, self-kindness, and aspects of trauma-informed therapies with other effective approaches, and also being proactive and taking action.

I am guided by this and am grateful for the privilege of doing this work.

Our Hope & Healing Circle is safe and uplifting. You can interact with each other and participate as much or as little as you’d like, sharing your favourite movies, music, pets, books, jokes, quotes, affirmations, and more. If you do not feel up to posting you can still enjoy a sense of belonging and companionship by being a part of our group.

Over the past two decades it has been a pleasure and great privlege to witness the profound healing that takes place. I offer coaching support to individuals, consultations for professionals, training and practice set-up for new coaches, mentoring and supervision for therapists and established coaches.
