Welcome!
I hope you will find the resources offered here to be helpful.
Our wonderful ‘Bloom in Wellness’ group is a private and safe lifeline for people healing from prescribed drug induced withdrawal and neurological dysfunction.
It provides everything needed to cope well and remain hopeful and reassured while the recovery process unfolds.
Over the decades, I have witnessed the resilience, innate intelligence, and self-healing capabilities of the whole human system, from cell to psyche.
I have seen remarkable transformations that resulted from integrating mindfulness, acceptance, self-kindness, and aspects of trauma-informed therapies with other effective approaches, and also being proactive and taking action.
I am guided by this and am grateful for the privilege of doing this work.
BLOOM IN WELLNESS
Bloom in Wellness is a soothing space where you can quietly focus on healing. It is drama-free and private, offering invaluable resources including webinars, meditations, gentle reminders, success stories, and coping tools, to keep you anchored and encouraged as you heal.
