Welcome!

I hope you will find the resources offered here to be helpful.

Our wonderful ‘Bloom in Wellness’ group is a private and safe lifeline for people healing from prescribed drug induced withdrawal and neurological dysfunction.

It provides everything needed to cope well and remain hopeful and reassured while the recovery process unfolds.

I have seen remarkable transformations that resulted from integrating mindfulness, acceptance, self-kindness, and aspects of trauma-informed therapies with other effective approaches, and also being proactive and taking action.

I am guided by this and am grateful for the privilege of doing this work.
